Many years ago J. Paul Getty wrote, “In times of rapid change, experience could be your worst enemy.” These words are extremely relevant to leaders today. With the world in which we operate changing faster than ever, our experiences, as valuable as they are, often focus our attention on what won’t work tather than on what is possible.
Our Business Executive Roundtable has been created to provide an opportunity for senior executives and business owners to step away from the daily grind to engage in intellectual discussion and debate with their peers. Through the guided facilitation and extensive research provided by Ravi Kulkarni and Lynn Turner (of Clear Vision Alliance), these roundtables are a forum for leaders to expand their thinking and challenge existing assumptions. The discussion and debate provide a platform for your organization to remain relevant and competetive into the future.
The discussion will start with two simple questions:
– Where are you challenged?
– Where do you want to be challenged?
All roundtables to follow will be built on this platform.
These roundtables are by invitation only and are focused on leadership issues regardless of industry. They are non-compete alowing only one business per industry to participate in order to maintain a safe environment to engage in shaed interactions and intellectual conversations on current and future business challenges/ opportunities and strategic initiatives.
By-products of these peer roundtables include mututal accountability, resource sharing, and meaningful peer connections. Through guided facilitation and extensive research provided by our partners, Ravi Kulkarni and Lynn Turner of Clear Vision Alliance, various case studies and articles will be shared to challenge traditional thinking and stimulate conversation.
