The workshop is presented by Sandra Kearney, Vice President GrowthCo.  She has had extensive conducting seminars and workshops in a variety of industries.   In addition, Sandy serves on several boards, and she is a mentor to women focusing on having work/life balance that works.   Sandy has a BS from Assumption College and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Nichols College.

At the conclusion of the workshop you will:

• Identify your top 3 HPB’s (High Priority Behaviors)
• Revisit known tools to understand how to best utilize
  the resources you already have

• achieve them
• Analyze what is work/life balance
• Identify the best time saving tools for your personal life
• Use the 4 D’s effectively
• Create your own “time worth” exercise

Donations of gently used or new shoes, (appropriate for professional settings) will be collected for Dress for Success Worcester. Shoes can be dropped off at the Chamber office the week of October 7th – 11th, or at the workshop October 9th. 

Dress for Success Worcester (DFSW) empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing the network of support, the professional attire and tools to help women thrive in their work and in their life.

Many community members now DFSW as primarily an agency for providing workplace apparel and there is less recognition of our other multi-faceted programs providing education and professional mentoring. Each of our programs support women on their journey to economic stabilization and success long-term employment.
