Please bring a copy of a recent utility bill so that we may begin calculating cumulative group usage amounts. \nHow to Register\nTo sign up for the program\, all participants must submit a recent utility bill and sign a Letter of Authorization consent form – allowing Radical Solutions and its partners access to your utilities usage information.
