Senate Passes Extension of Application Deadline for PPP Small-business Loans
|
|
DEADLINE TO APPLY MOVED TO AUG. 8, 2020
The U.S. Senate cleared legislation to extend the deadline for businesses to apply for coronavirus aid under the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), which was set to expire on June 30. Under the bill passed by the Senate by unanimous consent, the deadline for applying for PPP loans — which go to businesses with fewer than 500 employees — has been extended to Aug. 8, 2020.
There is approximately $130 billion in unspent money under the Paycheck Protection Program. The House of Representatives is expected to pass the measure after which it will go to the president's desk for his signature.

7 Steps to Business Growth Post COVID-19
|
Thursday, July 16, 2020 11:00 AM – 11:30 AM
While we are not all in the same boat, we are all trying to weather the same storm. In these challenging times, business leaders must take the time necessary to work on the business, not just in the business. Few companies do an annual budget and even fewer develop a detailed playbook that identifies where they are going and how to get there. However, the playbook is necessary for leaders to establish clear focus, reduce risks, and create a real competitive advantage that guides the business to defined success.
This webinar will provide a proven 7-step framework to survive and thrive in 2021 and beyond.
