The Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce (BVCC) is pleased to announce its January “Coffee &” Series event featuring Richard Davey, Chief Executive Officer of the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport), on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from 7:30AM to 9:30AM at Hebert Hall, the BV Hub for Workforce Development in Whitinsville.
As CEO of Massport, Davey leads an organization with more than $1.2 billion in annual revenue and a mission to connect Massachusetts and New England to the world. His presentation, “Massport: Driving Growth and Connectivity,” will explore how Massport supports economic development, strengthens transportation infrastructure, and advances statewide connectivity while remaining committed to neighboring communities.
Massport’s portfolio includes Boston Logan International Airport, Worcester Regional Airport, Hanscom Field, and the public maritime facilities in the Port of Boston, including Conley Container Terminal and Flynn Cruiseport Boston. Davey brings extensive experience in transportation and infrastructure, having previously served as President of New York City Transit, Massachusetts Secretary of Transportation, and General Manager of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA).
The “Coffee &” Series offers Chamber members and guests the opportunity to engage with influential leaders, gain valuable insight into regional and statewide issues, and connect with fellow professionals over coffee and conversation.
