The Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating Community Roots Integrative Health and Primary Care on Monday, November 16, 2026, at 11:00am. The ceremony will take place at the practice’s location at 1099 Providence Road, Whitinsville, MA 01588.

Community Roots integrative Health and Primary Care is an independent, certified nurse practitioner–owned primary care and wellness practice in Whitinsville, Massachusetts, serving adults throughout the Blackstone Valley and Worcester County. Our focus is simple: bringing healthcare back to its roots personalized, relationship-centered care. Because we believe healing happens best in a community where patient, respected, listen, and cared for as individuals. Modern healthcare should combine clinical excellence with personalized human connection. Our philosophy combines evidence-based primary care with a broader focus on prevention, wellness, and all the factors that influence health over time. Care is collaborative, individualized, and centered around patient goals because patients deserve to feel heard, informed, and involved in the decisions about their health. We strive to empower our patients to live healthier, fuller lives helping build a healthier community for generations to come. We offer traditional and concierge primary care, as well as wellness services which include Women’s Health and Hormones, Men’s Health and Hormones, Weight Management, and IV Therapy because healthy living is not linear, but multifactorial.

Justine Doyon, FNP-C, shares, “I’ve always believed that if you want something to change, sometimes you have to be willing to create the change yourself. Community Roots was born from a belief, a desire to bring healthcare back to what it should be: personal, relational, and centered around the patient. With personal care driven by patients, for patients, not quotas. I wanted to create a practice where there is time to listen. Community Roots was established to be the kind of practice I wanted to be part of as a provider and the kind of healthcare experience I would want for my own family. My mission is to restore the foundational patient-provider relationships that have been lost in modern corporate medicine. Personal. Intentional. Collaborative. And rooted in the belief that exceptional medicine starts with truly knowing the person you’re caring for.”

Ribbon cutting ceremonies are free and open to the community, and local business owners, community members, Chamber members, and future members are encouraged to attend and help celebrate this exciting new addition to the Blackstone Valley!
