Yellow tulips represent hope and happiness.
Inspired by the Yellow Tulip Project, the WSN (Women’s Success Network) will be planting 500 yellow tulip bulbs at the Whitin Community Center, creating a Garden of Hope to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
